PROFESSIONAL TRAINING WITH ELITE TRAVEL GROUP

For some time now, Elite Travel Group has become one of the partner businesses of the vocational school “Salih Ceka” in Elbasan. Inspired by the dual education system in Germany, the students of this school will be offered professional training in order to put all their knowledge into practical use. The purpose of this system is to bring students closer to the work environment and give them the training they need to cope with the job market in the future. But what exactly does Elite Travel Group offer?

OPTIONS THAT ETG OFFERS

Elite Travel Group currently offers internships for Coding, Full Stack Programming, Graphic Design, and Digital Marketing. These trainings are created and followed by professionals in accordance with the requirements of the labor market. Currently, these trainings are attended by ICT students in the school “Salih Ceka”. Also, internships are offered for Tourist Guides, Travel Agents, or Tour Operators, which are also followed by students of this school studying Hotel & Tourism. So far there are 53 students who are taking this great opportunity to develop their professional skills.

WHAT ARE STUDENTS LEARNING IN THIS INTERNSHIPS ?

During each professional training, students are introduced to the work environment as well as some of the most used tools and systems. Followed by professionals, they start to complete their first projects in the above-mentioned fields and understand better what awaits them in the future. In the end, they are tested and evaluated by the respective instructor and the best students can also start a job at Elite Travel Group.

NEW TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES

Recently, Elite Travel Group and “Salih Ceka” school have started discussions regarding a new professional practice for students pursuing Economics & Business. About 20 students in this field will have the opportunity to be trained at the Finance department at ETG to further deepen their knowledge.
