Last year, our 2-nd Annual Spoonbill Nest Youth Conference for Future was an extraordinary success. We had over 550 registrants, who were presented with 16+ hours of live streaming conversations, insights, and keynote speeches from over 40 local and international experts. This year, we are back online, with more panels in Albanian, and a few surprises! We have speakers from local and national government, educators, and international experts to talk about the future for youth in Albania!
This year’s theme is “Imagination and Future” One of the greatest tools we have to build a better tomorrow is the ability to imagine. Imagining a better world is the first step to creating it. Complex problems require creative solutions, and that requires imagination. We imagine an Albania with more inclusion, sustainability, and digitization in the Future, and want to help the youth of Albania to create it!
We are looking forward to hearing what current educators and public servants imagine for the Future and how they are encouraging the youth to get involved! We want to see more commitments to youth engagement and support for initiatives like Elbasan Digital 2025 and the development of a tourism industry that will create good jobs and protect what makes Albania a special place, as well as learn how technology is promoting education and training for the careers of the Future!
