Destination Management

Building on Elite Travel Group’s two decades of experience, we offer a professional and comprehensive process, where all the aspects of a destination are managed, including local resources, marketing efforts, accommodation, activities, events, environmental concerns, tourist attractions and transportation.

Dual Mode Education Model

We have strong partnerships with all the VET Schools in the Elbasan region, offering proffesional internships and business practicums for their students. Classroom learning with integrated practical experience has been very efficient and effective, with 90% of the students successfully prepared for the job after finishing the school.

Internships for Business

We have been offering internships with our business partners in order to improve and retain staff quality .

University Partnerships

Since 2018, we have had collaborated with Eberswalde University in Germany, Aleksander Xhuvani University in Elbasan, and Luigj Gurakuqi University in Shkoder, offering proffesional internships, business practicums, and provided courses and workshops for students on topics in the tourism industry, as well as IT and digitalization.

TOT: Training of Teachers

We know the importance of qualified teachers and teacher-trainers, which will have the greatest impact on the student population and achieving sustainable education goals. In the coming year, we are developing more teacher training programs to ensure that educators have the skills to prepare students for the careers of the future.

Democratize Education

We are committed to inclusive and equitable education for all students regardless of background, and are working with all our education partners to improve access to resources for all students.

Community Capacity Building

In addtion to education in the classroom, we are incorporating events and opportunities to engage parents, businesses and other stakeholders in fostering communities that understand the demands of the modern job market and supports the innovations needed to meet those demands.

Life-long Learning

Learning doesn’t end in the classroom. Our educational resources are available to Albanians at all stages of life: youth, teachers, enterpreneurs, businesses adapting to a digital marketplace, and beyond.
